House rules

01. Is the pool heated?

No. From June to October the water is warm enough for swimming; the pool is cleaned every morning.

02. Can we stay 3 or 4 nights?

Yes, by writing to the owner. Requests on the site are for 5 nights or more; stays of 3 or 4 nights carry a cleaning fee of 2,500 TL.

03. When are check-in and check-out?

Check-in after 16:00, check-out by 11:00.

04. Can we bring our pet?

Yes, for an extra cleaning fee. Please say so in your request.

05. Is there a deposit?

A deposit of one night’s rent is taken on arrival and returned the same day on departure if nothing is damaged.

06. How far is the nearest beach?

Sarıgerme beach is 10 km, İztuzu beach 15 km away; 15–20 minutes by car.
